This is individual, paced support for people in the post-crisis phase who want to integrate nervous system responses and rebuild internal stability over time.
This work is non-clinical. It is not therapy and it is not focused on processing or revisiting trauma narratives. The focus is on how the nervous system responds in the present and how safety, steadiness, and self-trust are gradually re-established.
What this support involves
1:1 support offers a contained space to:
- understand your nervous system responses
- work with patterns such as shutdown, hypervigilance, freeze, or collapse
- build capacity for regulation without forcing change
- develop clearer boundaries and internal reference points
Sessions are paced and responsive. The work does not move faster than your system can integrate.
How the work is structured
This work follows a phased approach:
- stabilisation and pacing
- nervous system education and awareness
- completion and integration of survival responses within capacity
- application to daily life and decision-making
The emphasis is on integration rather than insight alone.
What this work is and is not
This work is:
- collaborative and structured
- grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and embodied practice
- focused on present-moment regulation and integration
This work is not:
- therapy or crisis intervention
- trauma exposure or narrative processing
- advice-giving or fixing
You are not required to retell your trauma or revisit past events in detail.
Who this may be appropriate for
This support may be appropriate if:
- you are no longer in immediate danger or crisis
- your life is externally stable but your body still responds as if it is not
- you want to build steadiness, agency, and internal safety over time
- you value clear structure, pacing, and boundaries
When this may not be appropriate
If you are currently in an unsafe situation, experiencing acute crisis, or require urgent or clinical support, other forms of care may be more appropriate and are prioritised with care.
Working together
Sessions are typically held on a regular basis, with frequency discussed during orientation. Timing and pace are collaborative and responsive to capacity.
There is no expectation to move toward a particular outcome or timeline.
Session Fee
1:1 Nervous System Integration sessions are £115 per 60-minute session.
Sessions are typically booked on a regular basis, with frequency discussed together.
Next step
If you would like to explore whether this support is a good fit, you are welcome to begin with an Orientation.
This is a short conversation to discuss scope, fit, and timing.
It is not therapy and it is not a commitment.
