Payments and Pricing

  • Standard coaching sessions: £85 (60 minutes) / £100 (90 minutes)
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All sessions are conducted online
  • Reduced-rate sessions may be available for those experiencing financial hardship
  • Prices are listed in GBP for UK client accessibility

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Sessions cancelled with 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
  • Less than 24 hours = full fee payable.
  • Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Workshops follow their own cancellation terms.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe or other approved methods.
  • Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Digital Products and Courses

  • All digital products, courses and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Access to digital materials is for personal use only. Sharing, copying or distributing without permission is not allowed.

Group Workshops and Events

  • Payment is required upon registration.
  • Workshop cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be transferred to another event or credited toward a future workshop, at our discretion.
  • No refunds for non-attendance.

Limitation of Liability

You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Metamorphosis Wellness is not liable for:

  • You remain responsible for decisions made following participation in coaching, courses or workshops
  • Any injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in services or use of this website
  • Technical issues, delays or interruptions beyond our control

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Clients accessing services from other countries, including the UK, agree that Romanian law applies.
