These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Metamorphosis Wellness website and, where relevant, to the purchase or use of services, educational resources, digital content, workshops or other offerings provided by Metamorphosis Wellness.
Separate terms may also apply to particular services. In particular, clients booking paid 1:1 Applied Practice should read and accept the 1:1 Applied Practice Client Agreement before booking.
1. Business Information
Metamorphosis Wellness is an independent, founder-led organisation operated by Madalina Nicolescu and based in Romania.
Services and resources may be provided online to clients and users in different countries.

2. Nature of the Website and Services
Metamorphosis Wellness works across research, education and applied practice.
Website content may include:
- information about Human Organisation and the Metamorphosis Integration Model (MIM);
- articles and educational resources;
- downloadable materials;
- information about 1:1 Applied Practice;
- workshops, courses or educational programmes where available;
- information concerning research, professional collaboration and related activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
It should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
3. 1:1 Applied Practice
Paid 1:1 Applied Practice is governed by the separate 1:1 Applied Practice Client Agreement.
The current standard fee is:
£115 per 60-minute session
Sessions are normally delivered online and payment is taken through the booking process.
The Client Agreement contains the full terms relating to:
- professional scope;
- suitability;
- confidentiality;
- fees;
- cancellations;
- statutory withdrawal rights;
- international clients;
- professional boundaries;
- privacy and data handling;
- ending the working relationship.
4. Booking and Payment
Where payment is required, the applicable price will be displayed before the purchase or booking is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
A booking is normally confirmed once the required booking information and payment have been successfully completed.
Any currency-conversion or international transaction charges imposed by a client’s bank, card issuer or payment provider are outside the control of Metamorphosis Wellness.
5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
For paid 1:1 Applied Practice:
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee may be charged.
Where a client does not attend a scheduled session without cancelling, the full session fee may be charged.
Reasonable discretion may be exercised in exceptional circumstances.
If Metamorphosis Wellness cancels a paid appointment, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund or credit.
The full terms are contained in the 1:1 Applied Practice Client Agreement.
6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing services online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, depending on the nature of the purchase and applicable law. For services, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
Where a consumer expressly asks for a service to begin during the withdrawal period, payment may be due for the proportion of the service already provided if the consumer subsequently withdraws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory statutory consumer right.
Specific withdrawal information for 1:1 Applied Practice is contained in the Client Agreement.
7. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Digital resources may be made available free of charge or for purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, digital materials are provided for the purchaser’s or recipient’s personal use only.
They may not be:
- reproduced for public distribution;
- resold;
- republished;
- uploaded for public access;
- commercially exploited;
- presented as another person’s work;
- distributed substantially in their original form without permission.
For paid digital content supplied immediately online, statutory withdrawal rights will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
A consumer may lose the 14-day withdrawal right for online digital content once performance has begun where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
8. Courses, Workshops and Events
Where courses, workshops or events are offered, the specific price, format, dates, cancellation arrangements and any additional terms will be provided before registration.
Where an event has its own stated cancellation terms, those terms will apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded will continue to apply.
9. Educational and Research Content
Information concerning Human Organisation, MIM, psychology, neuroscience, trauma, nervous system functioning and related subjects is provided for educational and research communication purposes.
Scientific knowledge develops over time and individual publications or website materials may be revised as evidence and understanding develop.
The Metamorphosis Integration Model is an evolving scientific proposition and should not be interpreted as a validated diagnostic, therapeutic or predictive model.
Website material does not establish a practitioner–client relationship merely because a person reads, downloads or interacts with it.
10. No Guarantee of Results
No specific outcome is guaranteed from:
- reading website material;
- using educational resources;
- participating in courses or workshops;
- engaging in Applied Practice.
Individual experiences and circumstances vary.
References to possible benefits or areas of development should not be interpreted as promises of particular results.
11. Professional and Clinical Boundaries
Metamorphosis Wellness does not provide emergency or crisis services.
Applied Practice is non-clinical and does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis or crisis intervention.
If urgent medical, psychiatric, safeguarding or emergency support is required, the appropriate local service should be contacted.

12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Metamorphosis Wellness website, including written material, educational resources, original frameworks, graphics, documents and materials relating to MIM, is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Website content may be viewed and used for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial portions of the website;
- republish proprietary materials;
- sell or commercially distribute content;
- remove authorship or attribution;
- present Metamorphosis Wellness material as your own;
- teach, reproduce or commercially exploit proprietary frameworks or materials beyond lawful quotation, academic citation or other legally permitted use.
13. Website Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and online services available and functioning correctly.
However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
- maintenance;
- third-party provider issues;
- technical problems;
- security requirements;
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to or use services operated by third parties, including booking, payment, email, website or educational platforms.
Metamorphosis Wellness is not responsible for the content, availability or independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Use of those services may also be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy information.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or would remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Metamorphosis Wellness is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- decisions made independently by a user following general educational website content;
- unauthorised or improper use of website materials;
- temporary technical interruptions outside reasonable control;
- third-party websites or services not controlled by Metamorphosis Wellness.
Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or other specialist advice where such advice is required.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Metamorphosis Wellness Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
Metamorphosis Wellness is operated from Romania.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
Where a user or client qualifies as a consumer in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive that person of mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in:
- services;
- pricing;
- business practices;
- technology;
- legal requirements.
The current version will be published on the website with the date of the latest update.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations relating to services already supplied where doing so would be unlawful.
