About Metamorphosis Wellness

An independent organisation advancing the understanding and practical application of Human Organisation through research, education and applied practice.

Introduction

Metamorphosis Wellness is an independent organisation dedicated to advancing the understanding and practical application of Human Organisation.

Its work brings together research, education and applied practice to explore how people organise internally following trauma, chronic stress and significant life disruption.

Alongside the development of the Metamorphosis Integration Model (MIM), the organisation provides evidence-informed education, practical resources and structured nervous system integration support for adults navigating post-crisis recovery.

Applied Practice

Applied practice translates research into structured support for adults navigating post-crisis nervous system integration, recovery from emotionally abusive or coercive relationships, and the rebuilding of internal stability and self-leadership.

Practice Principles

This work is guided by three core principles:

1. The body leads integration
Nervous system education and somatic practices support a shift from survival responses into regulation and stability.

2. Trauma requires consent and pacing
This work is grounded in psychology, ethics, and abuse awareness. There is no forcing, diagnosing, or pushing for insight.

3. Integration goes beyond survival
Once stability is present, the focus expands to self-leadership, emotional capacity, and living with clarity and agency.

Founder

Metamorphosis Wellness was founded by Madalina Nicolescu following years of lived experience, professional training and independent research into trauma, chronic stress and nervous system adaptation.

Her work combines psychology, neuroscience, domestic abuse education and embodied practice, leading to the development of the Metamorphosis Integration Model (MIM), a scientific framework for Human Organisation.

Rather than separating research from practice, she develops both together so that theory remains grounded in real human experience.
