Introduction

Metamorphosis Wellness is a trauma-informed and neuroscience-rooted space for nervous system healing, recovery from emotional and domestic abuse and the development of self-leadership.

This work is not about fixing what is broken. It is about restoring safety in the body, rebuilding self-trust and helping you return to what has always been whole.

What I Do

I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or stuck in survival mode. Through trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation practices and embodied emotional work, I help clients:

  • Understand their nervous system and stress responses
  • Recover from chronic stress, burnout and emotional trauma
  • Rebuild self-trust and personal boundaries
  • Grow into self-leadership and inner steadiness

My Approach

My work is guided by three core principles:

1. The body leads healing
Nervous system education and somatic practices help you move from fight, flight or freeze into safety and regulation.

2. Trauma requires dignity, not pressure
Support is grounded in psychology, ethics and domestic abuse awareness. No forcing, diagnosing or rushing.

3. Healing does not stop with survival
Once safety is restored, we focus on self-leadership, emotional resilience and living from a place of clarity and agency.


My Story

My work is shaped by lived experience of emotional trauma and the study of how the body holds unspoken pain. After over a decade in London, I saw how many people continue to function while their nervous system remains in survival.

This led me to train in trauma-informed coaching, domestic abuse advocacy, neuroscience of stress and the mind-body connection, somatic awareness and emotional regulation practices.

Everything I teach is something I have studied, practiced and embodied myself. I do not guide others through work I have not done personally.
