There are several ways to engage with this work, depending on your current capacity, needs, and preferences.
All options are non-clinical and focused on post-crisis nervous system integration. There is no requirement to choose a particular path or to move between options in any specific order.
Start Here
If you are unsure where to begin, this is the recommended starting point.
The Start Here pathway is designed to help you understand what this work involves, whether it feels appropriate for you at this time, and what type of support may be most useful right now.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this step.
1:1 Nervous System Integration Support
For individuals seeking paced, individual support after crisis or prolonged stress.
This is individual, one-to-one support focused on stabilisation, nervous system understanding, and integration after periods of survival or threat.
Sessions are structured, paced, and responsive to capacity. The work focuses on the present and on supporting the body to recognise safety, rather than revisiting or processing past events.
This support may be appropriate if you are:
- living with ongoing nervous system activation despite external stability
- experiencing shutdown, freeze, hypervigilance, or overwhelm
- rebuilding trust in yourself, your boundaries, and your decision-making
- seeking support that is not therapy and does not involve clinical treatment

Self-Paced Resources
For those who prefer private, flexible engagement at their own pace.
Self-paced resources are designed to support nervous system regulation and integration outside of live support, or as a starting point before working with someone directly.
Resources may include:
- nervous system education and practical tools
- guided reflection and journaling prompts
- written resources focused on recovery after emotional or relational harm
- everyday practices to support steadiness and capacity
These resources can be used independently and do not require interaction or disclosure.
Group Workshops and Circles
For limited offerings focused on education and shared learning.
Occasional group workshops or circles may be offered around specific topics such as nervous system education, boundaries, or recovery after relational harm.
These spaces are structured and facilitated. They are not focused on sharing personal trauma histories and participation is always optional.
Availability varies and spaces are limited.
Not Sure What Is Right for You
If you would like to talk through your options, you are welcome to book a short consultation.
This conversation is a space to clarify what support is available, where you are right now, and whether this work is a good fit for you.
