Payments and Pricing

• Standard coaching sessions: £85 (60 minutes) / £100 (90 minutes)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All sessions are conducted online
• Reduced-rate sessions may be available for those experiencing financial hardship
• Prices are listed in GBP for UK client accessibility

Cancellations and Refunds

• Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice or the full fee is charged
• Digital products and online courses are non-refundable
• Group workshop payments are non-refundable for non-attendance

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe or other approved methods.
• Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Digital Products and Courses

• All digital products, courses and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.
• Access to digital materials is for personal use only. Sharing, copying or distributing without permission is not allowed.

Group Workshops and Events

• Payment is required upon registration.
• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may be eligible for credit or transfer.
• No refunds for non-attendance.

Limitation of Liability

You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Metamorphosis Wellness is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on coaching or course content
• Any injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in services or use of this website
• Technical issues, delays or interruptions beyond our control

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Clients accessing services from other countries, including the UK, agree that Romanian law applies.
